Pranos Fusion – founded in 2024 and based in Bengaluru, India – is developing low aspect ratio tokamak technology while establishing India’s supply chain in fusion-critical verticals: integrated tokamak digital twins and high-temperature superconducting magnets.

PRAGYA, India’s first privately developed tokamak, was unveiled in early September 2026 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR). The company’s HTS magnet programme, MAGGA (MAGnetic GAin), and its digital twin platform, JENGA, support the broader development programme.
