EternaFusion (주식회사 이터나퓨전) is a spinout from Seoul National University’s VEST (Versatile Experiment Spherical Torus) laboratory, Korea’s only spherical tokamak experimental device, in operation since 2011. The three founders, Kim Taekyung (CEO), Jung Yoonho (CTO) and Hwang Yongseok (CSO), all worked directly on building and operating VEST.

The company was incorporated in March 2026, though the founding team was supported by government programmes from 2024.
