Commonwealth Fusion Systems wins four INFUSE awards

The U.S. Department of Energy’s INFUSE program has granted Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS) four awards. Projects include turbulent transport and confinement in ARC with STEP and CGYRO, machine-learning prediction of tungsten heavy alloy plasma performance, ELM mitigation by pellet triggering in SPARC, and agile design workflow for plasma-facing fusion components.
