Blue Laser Fusion raises $25m in Seed round

Blue Laser Fusion (BLF) secured a $37.5 million Seed round with investors including SoftBank Corp., Yusaku Maezawa, and Itochu Corporation. Akihiko Nakano of SoftBank Corp. emphasized the demand for CO2-free energy in data centers due to AI expansion. BLF aims to build a prototype by 2025 and a commercial fusion reactor by 2030.
